Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any of our products.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item(s) arrived damaged or if your order is fulfilled incorrectly, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please email info@xplicithairstudio.com, start a live chat, or contact us with your order number and details (a picture of the damaged or defective order), and we will replace it for you right away. Please note that notification of a damage or defective orders must be received within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date.
Shipping Fees
We offer FLAT-RATE shipping for all orders shipped within the continental U.S. Shipping Fees are subject to change at any time.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is also available upon request. Please select this option at checkout if you wish to pickup your order locally. Please wait for an email confirmation prior to picking up your order. A valid order number and ID are required at the time of pickup. Local Pickup is available during normal business hours only.
Shipping & Order Processing Times
All orders are packed and shipped from our Salon in San Diego, CA. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Standard Shipping Times are 5-7 business days. Please note that once you receive a tracking number for your order, we are not responsible for delays by the Shipping Carrier.
Signature Required For Delivery
Due to the monetary value of our products, all orders are shipped with a required Signature Confirmation. Please ensure someone you know and trust is at your address to sign for your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or not received, once they are marked as delivered by the Shipping Carrier.
Applicable Sales Tax
Please also note that applicable sales tax will be added to all orders at your checkout.
